Gerald Cipolla & Associates offers flat and hourly fee schedules
depending on the type of case. However, to understand your facts and
circumstances, we require a consultation. We take the representation of
our clients very seriously and we like to treat each client as if they are
our only client. To prioritize our time appropriately, we must charge a
consultation fee for all consultations. The consultation fee is nominal,
and if you hire us within 5 days of your consultation, your consultation
fee will be applied towards your flat or hourly fee based service, if
applicable.
Our consultation fee is billed at the rate of $100 for every 30 minutes.
Each consultation requires a minimum of one half hour.
